PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Meteorologist Cecily Tynan says a cold front will bring a midweek end to the heat wave.
TONIGHT: Partly cloudy, warm and humid, low 75. Areas of low clouds and fog may develop overnight.
TUESDAY: Areas of patchy morning fog, then we'll have a mix of clouds and sun, high 94. It's a humid day as a cold front approaches from the west. Watch for late-day showers and thunderstorms that can produce heavy downpours and gusty winds into the overnight hours.
WEDNESDAY: Mostly sunny, breezy and warm, high 89. The humidity will gradually drop as the day goes on.
THURSDAY: Mostly sunny, warm and comfortable, high 87.
FRIDAY: Sunny, pleasant and seasonable, high 86.
SATURDAY: It's mostly sunny and hot, high 90.
SUNDAY: Becoming hot and more humid with clouds mixing with sunshine, high 93.
MONDAY: Sunny and warm, high 88.
