Northern Ireland weather forecast for the weekend ahead with plenty of sunshine

Northern Ireland is set for plenty of sunshine this weekend.

Firstly, the Met Office say Friday evening, April 4, will be dry with some late brightness. The rest of the night will be dry and mostly clear, but it will be a chilly night with a minimum temperature of 4C.

It's expected that all parts will have a dry day with plenty of sunshine on Saturday, April 5.

The Met Office added: "Feeling warm in the afternoon sunshine. Maximum temperature 15C."

And for the outlook for Sunday, April 6 to Tuesday, April 8: "Remaining dry and sunny day across all parts. Becoming warm across western counties but chilly overnight."
