BBC’s Top Gear, one of the world’s most read car magazine was officially launched in Sri Lanka on Thursday (27) in Colombo.
The magazine is popular among car lovers for its in-depth information about new cars and technologies. The first edition of the magazine is already in the stands following its launch.
Its Editor-in-Chief, Vishva Ahangama said that the magazine, which would be published monthly, would incorporate both foreign and local content. Speaking to the Nation, he pointed out that the magazine would be published with the BBC licence and would have content provided local writers and photographers.
Top Gear is Britain’s top selling magazine solely catering to car lovers and fanatics.
