Healthy and supportive relationships are important for your outlooks and career. Because when you have supportive loved
ones who are willing to take care of you and love you, your growth and relaxation is assured! This is why we are going to
discuss what we can wear on romantic dates.
What you can wear on romantic dates This is fashion 101. Your attire for the date depends on where you will be meeting up. There are different places; Hotels, restaurants, coffee shops, movies, parks, the beach, just outside the house, just inside the house. Yup, you read it right; people even have dates in their houses. If you are a lovely wife who wants to have a romantic dinner with your husband and want to impress him with your cooking, you would ideally have the date in the house!
This is the old fashion formal way, where it’s almost like going to prom. He would carry a bouquet of flowers and come to your doorstep and whisk you away. OK, maybe that just happens in the movies. Either way, for this occasion you would usually opt for a dress. A long dress if it’s a dinner party where you will be dancing the night away. Or any type of dress you like. Since it will be a dinner date, go for colours like red, black, blue, silver; choose night-time colours.
If the dress is plain and simple and the place you are going to is glamourous add a pair of gorgeous earrings and for the hand, a jewellery of your choice to match the earrings. It’s better to be elegant that glamourous because less is more! Have a nice clutch which matches your shoes. Go for pumps or heels which compliment your dress.
Other than the good old dresses which we always wear, there are many outfits such as jump suits, sarongs, sarees, salwars, crop tops and skirts which you could wear for these formal dates. It’s your choice really. If you aren’t a dress type of gal go for any of these options. And anyway, you ladies are creative too, so if you are good at matching, and think there’s a better option go ahead and let me know too.
This could vary from brunches, movies, a stroll in the park, beach hangout, coffee hangout; simply anything causal. It’s important to wear something comfy and which brings out your personality. If you are in to jeans and T-shirts and that is why he loves you, well then go right ahead and wear that comfy T.
There are many options to choose from, crop tops and jeans, T-shirt and jeans, skinny and jeans, skinny, bolero and jeans, silky top and jeans; you can pair the same tops with leggings of your choice too. Further there are skirts and crop tops, skirts and tops, skirt and skinnies. Dresses! Preferably short dresses or summer type of maxi dresses, shorts and tops (which are mentioned above). The options are endless and the choice is really yours.
What you can do to add a difference to your look is; add a pair of shades, a watch, nice earrings (hoops/studs) dainty necklace. Go for sandals, pumps, sneakers or if it’s a beach hangout even flip flops are fine. Have a nice backpack or sling bag which would match your outfit.
Dates at home
It will refresh a relationship if you could have a candlelit dinner at home. You should look your best but not too dressy. After all you are at home. A dress which you would look good in or a pair of shorts with a nice top would do too. If you like a legging and top that would be fine too. Don’t wear a ton load of jewellery, that would be a little hilarious. Maybe earrings and a dainty necklace would suffice. There’s no need of a purse or clutch. Wear a sandal if you are looking casual or go for dainty heels if you have opted to go for a bit of a glam look.
In the end, it is home sweet home just feel the romance and have fun. That’s it for fashion 101 today, so feel the love in the air and save the last dance for him.
