The Pegasus Reef Hotel, Wattala went through the process of renovation of its deluxe rooms and accompanying public space. The hotel’s resturants, banquet halls and pool side also received a facelift.
The renovation project was completed within a short term with the consultation and keen inspection on field experts.
The ambitious project will see over Rs. 250 million invested in making improvements to the hotel rooms as refurbishment work at the hotel got underway with every single room earmarked for a revamp.
The make-over will be in line with redesign, developed with industry – leading experts to meet the changing needs of today’s “Smart Travelers”. The project will see the carpets, lighting, curtains, chairs and artwork in the rooms all replaced.
“Modernizing the rooms was a long overdue project and that will enhance what Pegasus Reef offers to its customers. The management has put a lot of thought into the improvements being carried out and that will surely prove popular with their regular guests and newcomers alike”, a hotel spokesman said.
The rooms were completely redesigned and refurnished with new bathroom lighting, millwork and valances, 32-inch HD TVs installed in each room and desk tops. The rooms also received new ergonomic desk chairs, leather ottomans and closets with built-in refrigerators and the project will see the furniture such as carpets, lighting, curtains, chairs and artwork in the rooms all replaced.
Other than that, the very next aim of Pegasus Reef Hotel is to refurbish the lobby with an impressive decor and to recreate facilities such as a tennis court, squash court and the gymnasium.
