Over 5500 students are expected to participate in the Sir John Tarbat Junior Schools Athletic Championship to be held for the 47th year at the Mahaweli Stadium, Embilipitiya from October 22 to 25.
These athletes will participate in the age categories of under-12, 13, 14 and 15 representing their respective schools from throughout the country.
Ritzbury has once again joined hands with Sri Lanka Schools Athletic Association (SLSAA) to support this event for the fourth consecutive year as the sole sponsor.
This has become a most looked forward to event in the athletic calendar as this is the stepping stone for young athletes to display their talent.
