The US State Department in a recent report has revealed that the United States has accepted 383 refugees from Sri Lanka since 2005.

According to the report, the US has accepted more than 100,000 refugees since 2005.

According reports, the data obtained from the State Department’s Refugee Processing Centre had said the refugees were from countries such as Bhutan, Nepal, Myanmar, India, Pakistan, Vietnam, Bangladesh, Cambodia, Somalia, Iraq, Afghanistan and Myanmar.
