The Foreign Secretary of the Kingdom of Jordan, Moh’d Taisir Bani Yassin, visited Sri Lanka last week and held discussions with Lankan officials to explore new avenues for increased bilateral cooperation. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Colombo said the meeting explored ways and means of strengthening cooperation in diverse fields such as trade, investment, tourism, employment and capacity building, including exchanges between diplomatic training institutions in both countries. Here Sri Lanka’s Foreign Secretary Chitranganee Wagiswara is seen hosting a working luncheon to the visiting delegation.
