One of the most looked forward to motor races in the country, Fox Hill Supercross 2016, will be held at the Fox Hill track in Diyatalawa on April 24. This year marks the 24th edition
of the races.

This year’s races will comprise 11 events for both motor cars and motor bike categories. According to officials organising the event, this year’s races will also attract participants from India. Bike rider K.P. Arvin of Indian fame has confirmed his participation.
The motor races lined up this year are 3500cc category and 1600 cc category. The motorbike event will be conducted in the 125 cc and 250 cc categories.

The organizers have lined up an 85 cc bike event which will be open for competitors who have reached their 16th birthday by 31st December 2014.

Arrangements have also been made to conduct a 5500cc event for drivers maneuvering trucks and jeeps.

Fox Hill Super Cross is organised by Sri Lanka Military Academy in collaboration with Sri Lanka Autosport Drivers Association.
The races have attracted the sponsorship of 28 mega companies among which are Singer Sri Lanka, Coca Cola, CEAT and Exide.
