Come March 27, Cinnamon’s city hotels – Cinnamon Grand, Cinnamon Lakeside and Cinnamon Red – are once again bringing their loyal patrons an unforgettable Easter, with bountiful buffet offerings and gourmet Easter confectionaries.
The culinary team of Cinnamon Grand will present patrons with three festive brunch options catering to just about every taste, along with a special Easter High Tea in the evening and a special beverage menu with 50% discount at select restaurants.
The Taprobane will host a special Easter buffet with roasted Easter turkey, garlic lamb leg, apple infused roasted leg of pork, Mediterranean rabbit ragout, Easter sole eggs among others. Along with an action station for freshly made pastas, an extensive dessert buffet and a special kids buffet, this can be enjoyed in two seatings.
Cheers Pub will offer an Easter Sunday Carvery, with a special menu. Delicious herb roasted sirloin of beef with Yorkshire pudding, gratin marinated leg of pork, oven roasted duck, chilli marinated crispy chicken wings and a choice of tasty accompaniments including fresh salads, soups, meat platters and a hot buffet is all part of the offering!
Echo will give Easter brunch a novel spin, with appetising cold starters, three kinds of bruschetta, four varieties of pizzas, soups, delicious carvery items including turkey, pork and modha as well as sweet desserts like torta mimosa with pineapple, mango panacotta.
A special Easter High Tea will also be served at the Tea Lounge. Seven varieties of sandwiches, classic dressed egg halves, six varieties of canapes and hot savouries each, three types of scones, tea-time sweets and a variety of cakes and cookies will be party of this promotion.
