Your face might help you to attract Mr. Right, but it is to your hand that he would pop the engagement ring. No doubt your attention snapped down to the hands and fingers just now.  For the majority of women out there, face and hair is priority and hands are all but ignored.  Hands are exposed to chemicals, pollution, excessive washing, sun and other harsh conditions. As a result, hands start aging before the rest of the body. It wouldn’t be uncommon for a girl in early twenties to have hands that may very well belong to a 65-year-old grandma! The key to getting rid of wrinkles is cleansing, exfoliating and moisturizing. Follow this and you would be proud to show off your hands and fingers, engagement ring or not!

Olive oil and sugar scrub
First, wet your hands in warm water. Then, apply extra virgin olive oil on your hands. Next, take about a tea spoon of white or brown sugar and rub your hands with this in circular motion to get rid of dead skin. Olive oil would hydrate your hands and make them look amazingly young. If you want to whiten your hands at the same time, mix the sugar with few drops of lime, before scrubbing. Carry this out in the morning and night for a pair of
youthful hands.

Baking soda and coconut oil
Add a tablespoon of baking soda to a basin of warm water and soak your hands in this for 30 seconds. Baking soda would soften your skin and open up your pores, ensuring efficient absorption of moisture. Then, rub coconut oil liberally on your hands and fingers. Cover this up with a pair of gloves and keep them on for as long as possible. You should keep them on for at least an hour. You could go on with your daily routine.
This would ensure your hands are deeply
moisturized, for wrinkle free, smooth skin. Repeat this twice a week for best results.

Rice water
Soak raw white rice in water (you might already be doing this at home) and then soak your hands in this water for 10 minutes. Follow with a moisturizer. Do this daily for silky toned hands. Maybe you should just take to cooking white rice at home, instead of ingesting all that junk food.

Milk and lemon
Mix half a lemon with two tablespoons of milk. Apply this mixture on your skin, leave on for 20 minutes and wash off. Milk would moisturize your skin while lemon would remove marks, sun tan and wrinkles. Rinse this off with cold water. Then take a fresh banana and mash it to a thick consistency. Spread this on your hands and leave on for 30 minutes. Do not rub your hands while the paste is on. Wash off with lukewarm water. Repeat once a week for best results.
