2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons sugar, divided
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup plus 4 teaspoons melted butter, divided
1/4 cup butter, cubed
4 large tart apples, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
In a large bowl, combine the flour,
2 tablespoons sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. In a small bowl, combine cream and 1/2 cup butter; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.
Drop dough by 1/4 cupfuls 2 in. apart onto a greased baking sheet. Brush with remaining butter; sprinkle with remaining sugar. Bake at 375°F for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool slightly.
For filling, in a large skillet, melt butter. Add apples; saute until tender. Stir in the brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Gently split warm shortcakes in half horizontally. Top bottom halves with apple mixture; replace tops.

Cut the frozen waffle into any shape you want. Melt the butter with the sugar and cinnamon in a medium skillet over medium heat.
Brush store-bought pizza dough with butter, roll in cinnamon sugar, then twist and bake for an easy treat.

1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
Preheat oven to 375°F. Roll, press, and stretch the dough into an 8-by-10-inch rectangle. Starting along the short edge and using a sharp knife, slice the dough into eight 3/4-inch-wide lengths.
Whisk together the sugar and cinnamon in a shallow dish. Brush all sides with melted butter and roll in cinnamon sugar. Twist the ends in opposite directions, then transfer to a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet.
Let rest 10 minutes. Bake 18 to 20 minutes.
1 cup of milk (or almond milk)
1 teaspoon of honey
1/2 teaspoon of natural vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
Put the milk, honey, vanilla extract and cinnamon in a small saucepan and cook, stirring occasionally, over a low heat for 5-7 minutes or until warm.
Pour into a mug and serve.
