The National Mobile Service Provider, SLT Mobitel, revamped its customer care centre at the World Trade Centre (WTC) to offer its customers the best and latest technology and services. The newly refurbished centre is fully equipped with the latest 4G LTE technology and provides customers the opportunity to experience and enjoy the latest products and services including smartphones, tabs and data devices to deliver a superior ICT experience.

The centre, which was ceremoniously reopened by Sri Lanka Telecom and Mobitel Chairman P. G. Kumarasingha, now provides customers the exclusive opportunity to experience some of the most sophisticated and technologically advanced devices available worldwide, in the most central and convenient location in the country’s business hub. The newly refurbished branch will offer access to SLT Mobitel’s corporate customer base ensuring the steady delivery of tailor-made solutions for the business community.
The refurbished customer care centre is one of many across the country that have seen a significant facelift to ensure the steady delivery of Mobitel’s technologically sophisticated products and service offerings.

The revamped customer care centre is equipped to offer a diverse range of innovative business solutions that include ‘mLearning’, for a fully-fledged distance learning experience for students; ‘mHealth’, for better healthcare services; ‘mTicketing’, the ticket reservation service for railway ticket and airline ticket purchases; ‘iCard’, the electronic card that ensures the safety and security of school students; ‘mTrack’, the reliable GPS tracking solution; ‘mTaxi’, for speedy trishaw hires; ‘mReservations’, for special hotel reservations; ‘Doc Call’, for quality healthcare services and the NFC based fuel card system for added expediency at filling stations among other services to provide a convenient and technologically superior lifestyle.
