Police Headquarters said that vehicle movement on several roads will be restricted today and tomorrow in view of the visit by Pakistani Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif.

Issuing a media release, Police said traffic along the Colombo-Katunayake Expressway from the Bandaranaike International Airport will be restricted from 4.00pm to 6.00pm today.

Other areas that vehicle movement will be restricted are Bandaranaike Roundabout, Baseline Road, Orugodawatta, Indram Junction, Saddarma Mawatha, Pradeepa Mawatha, Sangaraja Roundabout, Panchikawatta, Maradana Junction, Dally Road, Gamini Roundabout, D.R. Wijewardene Mawatha, Regal Roundabout, Parson Road to Slave Island Police Roundabout.

Traffic will also be restricted along several roads tomorrow (5). Accordingly, vehicular movement will be restricted from 8.30am to 10.00am from Parson Road through to Regal Roundabout, Bank Road, Janadipathi Mawatha through Central Road.

Vehicular movement will be restricted from 11.00am to 12.30pm from NSA Roundabout to Kollupitiya Junction along Galle Road.

From 1.30pm to 2.00pm, traffic will be restricted from Kollupitiya Junction along Galle Road, NSA Roundabout, Lotus Road, Ceramic Junction, Regal Roundabout, Parson Road through to Roundabout in front of Kollupitiya Police.
