Most people experience back pain sometime in their life. Exercising your back regularly could prevent back pain. When doing so doctors recommend that you stick to an exercise regime that include both back stretching and back strengthening exercises, 15 to 30 minutes a session, at least thrice a week. Last week, in consultation with The Fortress Resort and Spa, Ayurvedic Consultant Dr. Pushpika Attanayake, we spoke about stretching exercises to alleviate and prevent back pain. This week we will introduce to you a few easy strengthening exercises you can even try out at home.
