Sri Lanka’s Treasury yields advanced where one year Treasury bill yields inclined by 6 basis points (bps) from 6.86% to 6.92% while 6 months yields advanced by 5 basis points (bps) from 6.30% to 6.35% at today’s Treasury bill auction, Yield of 3-months treasury bills increased by 4 bps to 6.10%.

The Central Bank of Sri Lanka offered Rs. 20.0 billion worth of Treasury bills today and the auction was oversubscribed by 2.3 times with bids received amounting to Rs. 45.9 billion. It was decided to accept Rs. 24.8 billion worth of bills.
