Sri Lanka selectors named three uncapped players in their 15-member squad selected to play in the three-match one-day international series against West Indies.
Shehan Jayasuriya and Dhanushka Gunathilaka, both 24 are left-hand batsmen and off-break bowlers and 25-year-old leg-spinner Jeffrey Vandersay who are the newcomers to ODI cricket.
Lahiru Thirimanne dropped from the on-going second Test against West Indies has also been named in the squad and spinner Ajantha Mendis has been recalled after ten months. He played his last ODI against England at Pallekele in 2014.
The first two ODIs will be played at the R Premadasa Stadium on November 1 and 4. The third will take place at Pallekele on November 7.
