Surado Campus is a highly recognized institution both locally and internationally with comprehensive training given to students in care giving, and they also assist students seeking employment overseas with good remuneration. The Campus is an ISO, IWA approved and a TVEC and City and Guilds approved center.
“Our successful career path has produced qualified caregivers backed by excellent training, and in the past two years have had successful placements in leading caregiving facilities both locally and overseas. We successfully sent 150 prospective caregivers during the past two years,” the CEO of Surado Campus, Rachitha Buddhika said.

Buddhika has 10 years of experience in this particular area of training and is backed an excellent group of supportive staff who work in unison with each other to help the progressive students and our respected customers alike.

“The rapidly ageing population overseas needs a lot of qualified caregivers to safeguard and look after elderly people, their health and well-being, and we have the potential at Surado Campus in meeting with these needs to supply trusted and work qualified caregivers with a lot of comprehensive training and qualifications to meet the need. We also collaborate with a leading university in Malaysia the Segi University which issues a diploma in caregiving for students who wish to pursue their studies in Malaysia and this initially a two year diploma course,” he added.

The course at Surado Campus is a specialized course with a duration of 6 months for caregivers of which one year’s exemption can be obtained when joining Segi University, for further studies at diploma level of two years at the Segi University.

After the completion of this diploma at the Segi University, there will be many employment opportunities internationally in countries like Australia, New Zealand and Malaysia.
