The British School in Colombo (BSC) recorded two exciting wins against GH Cricket Club and Wycherley International School in their U-15 cricket matches played at the Health grounds recently.
In the first match, British School beat Wycherley by eight-wickets and then recorded a close four-run win over fancied GH Cricket Club as they kicked off their school season in style.

After bowling Wycherley out for 107, the BSC reached the target losing just two wickets. The hero for the BSC was Pardyun Saikia who claimed four for nine runs and then scored an unbeaten 50 runs to lead the British School cricketers to a comfortable win.

In the second match, the BSC cricketers fought back brilliantly to record a thrilling 4-runs win over GH Cricket Club. Chasing a modest 165 runs to win, GH Cricket Club were restricted for 160.

For the British School, Rahul Radesh smashed an impressive 78 runs as they totaled 164 runs for 6 wickets in their allotted 25 overs.

In reply GH Cricket Club were restricted for 160 for six. Walabi Silva top scored for GH Cricket Club with 46 runs.
