Hare Krishna devotees will get an opportunity to attend the Sri Krishna Jayanthi which is organized to mark the incarnation of Lord Krishna in earth. This celebration will be held on September 5 (Saturday) at Kotahena Sri Sri Radhakrishna Temple.
According to a release issued by the temple authorities the special programs organized will be held from 5.30 am till midnight.
The special programs, commencing with the Mangala Arathi pooja, will also include several presentations by the children and students of Gokulam children home and Hare Krishna Music and Dance College.
The sessions will conclude at 12.00 Midnight with Abhisekam to Lord Krishna with Goddess Radha Rani and prasadam to devotees.
The founder Acharya and Spiritual Master of ISKCON (International Society for Krishna Consciousness) Swami Prabhupada’s Jayanthi will be celebrated on September 6 (Sunday) at 12.00 noon.
