What do we call ‘teamwork’ exactly? There are several ways to define teamwork. Usually it means the process of working collaboratively a group of people order to achieve a goal. Firstly, your teamwork experiences start from your home itself. When you live as a kid, parents want to see your walking, talking, running, moving or doing some activities.

So, they try to familiarize you with those attributes by doing various things with them. This is the first place you meet ‘a team’. After your family, you next main team is friends. They might be school friends, tuition class friends, neighbor friends or your societies’ friends.

Teamwork is a very essential factor in our life. It relates to the popular saying ‘United we stand and divided we fall’. The value of teamwork is regularly seen in sports. How often do we see teams made up of expensive star players outperformed by teams with players who may be individually less talented? So team work is marvelous thing. It has made mutual understanding of the people and it has caused to take out the people talents as well.
