Sri Lanka will send seven boys and seven girls for the 21st Asian Junior and Cadet Table Tennis Championship to be held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from 22nd to 26th July.
Gold medalist from the previous South Asian TT Championship Udaya Ranasinghe will captain the boys team while Ruwini Kannangara will captain the girls team.

Almost the same players that represented Sri Lanka at the South Asian Table Tennis Championship held in Delhi will make the trip once again. The only difference is that they will face stiffer opponents from China, Malaysia other leading countries in Asia.
The Junior event is for boys and girls in the under-18 age category while the cadet event is for those under-15 years.

Junior Boy’s: Udaya Ranasinghe (Captain) (Vidhyartha), Dinesh Kavishka (Vidhyartha), Prasad de Silva (Vidhyartha), Krishan Wickramarathne (Vidhyartha).

Cadet Boy’s: Nimesh Ranchagoda (Royal), Virunaka Hendahewa (Royal), Dishanka Tennakoon (Dharmaraja)

Junior Girl’s: Ruwini Kannangara (Captain) (Museaus), Muthumali Priyadarshani
(Devananda), Ridmi Karadanarachchi (Mahamaya), Chamathsara Fernando (Visakha).

Cadet Girl’s: Hansani Piyumila (Visakha), Imasha de Silva (Dharmashoka), Thanushi Rodrigo (Mahamaya).
