Havelock City, the premier residential enclave inaugurated the pile construction works of Phase 3 and 4 residential developments simultaneously in order to expedite the development and complete construction within a shorter period of time.

Phase 3 comprises two residential towers Stratford and Melford with 304 luxurious apartments. These spacious residencies with garden and sea views are designed with a combination of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom units and a select number of plush penthouses. Phase 4 comprises another two towers with 340 premium condominiums. The combined development cost of Phase 3 and 4 is estimated to be over US$130 million.

“The sales of Phase 3 apartments which were launched in 2014, have now been temporarily held back due to the achievement of our initial sales targets”, said a Company spokesman. “We intend re-introducing the inventory in due course to our deserving buyers”, he added.

Havelock City, the largest integrated mixed-use development project undertaken in Sri Lanka is built on 18 acres of prime land in the heart of Colombo and comprises residential apartments as well as a Commercial Complex consisting of a Shopping Mall, Hotel and Office Towers.

Havelock City, a joint venture between Overseas Realty and Bank of Ceylon is being developed in Phases. Phase 1 and 2 consisting of 445 apartments in four towers were completed and residents have already taken occupation and are enjoying the lifestyle Havelock City has to offer.
