Minister of Tourism and Sports Navin Dissanayake has appointed a Board of Inquiry comprising Ravi Algama (Attorney-at-Law), Jaliya Bodinagoda (Attorney-at-Law), and Varuna Mallawaarachchi (Attorney-at-Law) to probe, investigate, inquire and report on any corruption, abuse of power and authority by any Office Bearer/Office Bearers and members of the former Executive Committee of Sri Lanka Cricket.

The Board of Inquiry commenced its sitting on Tuesday (May 26) at the Sri Lanka Cricket headquarters and is expected to conduct inquiries expeditiously and submit the report to the Minister at the earliest.

The sittings of the Board of Inquiry will be held at the National Olympic Committee.
