The latest in the high-end lineup of LG’s innovative curved smartphones, the G Flex 2, is creating a huge sensation in the global smartphone market. It’s the second curved smartphone from LG, and it offers several new features over last year’s model, while also included some solid hardware specs to make it a resounding flagship device.

The LG G Flex 2 is boldly contoured, impressively tough and exceptionally capable. However you look at it, the new LG G Flex 2 is a departure from conventional. It is beauty in the hands of the beholder, a fusion of style, performance, attitude and design. With no side buttons interrupting its design, the curved form factor is both easy to hold and intuitive to operate.

The new LG G Flex 2 is smaller than the original G Flex, with a 5 inch display, but it packs a sharper 1080p resolution display while its Octa-core 64-bit Snapdragon 810 processor makes it faster than any of its predecessors. It also offers either 2GB of RAM, up to 32GB of internal storage, a 13 megapixel rear-facing camera that offers both hardware and software advancements over last year’s model, optical image stabilization, a microSD card slot and a more scratch resistant back cover and front panel.

The advanced camera makes it easy to capture vibrant images even in dim settings, and its laser auto-focus is great for fast-moving scenes. The 3,000 mAh flexible battery with Fast Charge feature can charge up to 50% in 30 minutes.

The new LG G Flex 2 retains the self-healing back panel and flexible form factor that was a big selling point of the original G Flex, and adopts the unique laser auto focus camera from the G3. It is also equipped with Google Android Lollipop software.

So, what we are talking about the LG G Flex 2 is that it is a truly power packed super fast smartphone. Of course, it comes with other trimmings too like a 2.1 megapixel front-facing camera, a laser-autofocus shooter on the back, an IR Blaster up top, NFC, USB 2.0 and much more.

The LG G Flex 2 curved smartphone will be available soon at the sole agent for LG smartphones in Sri Lanka – Abans, at all their showrooms and authorized distributors’ island-wide.
